🔵 What is GHK-Cu Cream?

GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide) cream is mainly used for:

Skin repair & regeneration

Anti-aging (fine lines, wrinkles)

Acne healing & scar repair

Skin barrier strengthening

Post-procedure recovery (laser, microneedling, chemical peel – after skin calms)

📍 WHERE TO USE (Topical Only)

You can apply on:

✅ Face

Cheeks

Forehead

Under-eye area (thin layer only)

Jawline & smile lines

✅ Body (Target Areas)

Acne scars (back, shoulders)

Stretch marks

Surgical scars

Dry or damaged skin areas

Neck & décolletage (very good for aging skin)

❌ Do NOT use on:

Open wounds

Actively bleeding skin

Infected skin

Immediately after shaving (wait 12–24 hours)

⏰ WHEN TO USE

🌙 BEST TIME:

Night

Skin repair hormones are higher at night

Less UV exposure (copper peptides are light-sensitive)

Optional:

☀️ Morning use is okay ONLY if followed by sunscreen (SPF 30+)

🧴 HOW TO USE (Step-by-Step)

1️⃣ Clean Skin

Wash face/body with mild cleanser

Pat dry (do not rub)

2️⃣ Apply GHK-Cu Cream

Amount: Pea-size for face

Thin layer only (more ≠ better)

Gently massage until absorbed

3️⃣ Leave It Alone

Do NOT layer immediately with other actives

Wait 20–30 minutes before applying moisturizer (if needed)

📅 HOW OFTEN TO USE

Beginner (First 7–10 Days)

Once daily (night only)

Normal Use

1–2 times daily

Night (recommended)

Morning (optional with sunscreen)

Sensitive Skin

Start every other night

Increase slowly

🚫 IMPORTANT: WHAT NOT TO COMBINE TOGETHER

Avoid applying at the same time with:

❌ Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid)

❌ Retinol / Tretinoin

❌ AHA / BHA / Exfoliating acids

❌ Benzoyl Peroxide

👉 If you use those:

Use GHK-Cu at night

Use acids/retinol on alternate nights

⚠️ POSSIBLE REACTIONS (Normal vs Warning)

🚨 Stop Using If:

Burning sensation

Severe redness

Rash or itchiness lasting >24 hours

👉 If reaction happens:
